Tips for Diet plan for loosing fat:
Do not eat everything mentioned below, it is more of a guide showing what all things can be put in your diet. Pick any number of items for a meal.
Morning :-
* 1 cup of green tea on empty stomach.
* Take heavy breakfast:
* Oatmeal made with water/low fat milk.
* Egg whites with 1 yolk.
* Brown bread or multigrain bread (fancy bread. Just kidding) with peanut butter (I prefer multigrain bread).
Afternoon :-
* Chicken breast 200g with brown rice/chapati and green salad.
* Leafy greens with brown rice and green salad.
* Pulses (dal), lentils (google baba hai na).

Evening :-
* Egg whites.
* You can take green tea before going for workout (remember poppoy?).
* Banana

Night:-
* Don’t eat much at night.
* Apple.
* Leafy green vegetables.
* Chicken breast 200g
* Pulses /lentils
* Green salad
