There are so many ways over there on the internet to loose fats but actually what happens is we don’t look at the right place,
So to give you some basic tips on loosing fats and you guys can see the results in a week .

Low sugar :- Sugar is one the major sources of fats.Sugar is not just the white sugar that we use daily.Whatever you eat there is some amount of sugar in it so we have to stop consuming those things which are sugar rich like cold drinks,ice cream,energy drinks,sweets etc.

 Low carb:- Short for carbohydrates which is generally any grain thats white. This is again an important point for loosing fat.
If you take more carbs then it is required it will be stored in your body as fats. So have carbs before evening and Don’t take carbs at night .

 Drink water :-Drink 3-5 ltr of water daily because it will increase your metabolism. Protein :- Increase the intake of protein to loose fat. consume chicken breast, egg, peanut butter, oats etc.

 Fruits:-Apple,Orange,Berries etc these fruits are good for weight loss . But don’t take it at night because it contains natural sugar called fructose
which can be stored in your body as fats.

 Small Meal:- Take small meal anywhere between 4-6 times. Don’t have an empty stomach for a long time.

There are many more thing which can’t be accommodated in the above list as its intended as a basic introduction. Take proper rest (6-7 hours sleep) ,wake up early , low salt meals , never miss breakfast. Regards,
